Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected when you play Feetle at feetle.fun ("Feetle", "we", "us"), and how it is used. Feetle is a free daily word game. You don't need an account to play.
Information we collect
We don't ask for or collect your name, email, or any account details. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us, for example if you email us.
Game progress. Your guesses, stats and streaks are saved in your own browser's local storage so the game remembers them. This data stays on your device; we never receive it. Clearing your browser data deletes it.
Hosting. Feetle is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard technical information when your browser loads the site, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Advertising
Feetle uses Google AdSense to show ads, which helps keep the game free. Google and its partners may use cookies, device or advertising identifiers, your IP address and approximate location to show ads, measure them, and, where you allow it, personalize them based on your visits to this and other websites.

Sharing
We don't sell, rent or trade personal information. Information is only processed by the service providers described above (Cloudflare for hosting, Google for advertising) under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to have it deleted or corrected, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. Because we don't hold personal data ourselves, most requests are best handled through the Google and Cloudflare links above, but you can always contact us and we'll help.
Children
Feetle is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date above.
